One of the T.F.W.F PPV events, Ice Storm always heats up the winter nights.
LIVE from Washington D.C., Americas Capital, its Ice Storm 2K! Before I.S.2.K. kicked off Huggsy Bear came to ringside to join the commentary team of Scoop and Snoop he held with him the Heavyweight Championship something he claimed separated the men from the boys...Huggsy also said he had a feeling the masked men might reveal themselves tonight, when Snoop asked what he meant by the plural, Huggsy responded with he had a sneaky suspicion about something. TITLE-Intercontinental-European two falls English Invader vs Extreme Measures vs Luddite vs ILM Kicking off Ice Storm 2K was a two falls match for the European and Intercontinental championships. Four men, falls counted anywhere, no DQ or countout it was bound to be interesting. The first fall was for the European title, the current champion I.L.M. who had beaten Scott Phoenix a while back for the title started things off locking up with Extreme Measures while Luddite went after English Invader. Invader quickly took the upperhand on Luddite despite his bruising from Flamo earlier on in the week, he used his power to slam Luddite to the mat and try and keep him down with a leg lock, but trying to keep the man of submission down on the ground is not very likely even when you are the technically sound English Invader. Luddite kicked out and in a split second had Invader in a camel clutch move it was brilliant, sensing Invader was in trouble I.L.M. ran over and broke up the count drop kicking Luddite to the outside, as I.L.M. and Invader stood up and turned around they were met by a double choke slam to the mat by Extreme, Extreme went on a rampage hitting two double clotheslines and a flying lariat on the outside to Luddite. So the action had split early on as the four men battled in ands out of the ring nobody seemed able to get an advantage, one minute Invader was hitting a suplex on I.L.M., the next minute he was being powerbombed by Extreme. With no DQ's Invader was the first to realise what could be done with this rule, he went to the outside and picked up a chair and smacked it over the head of Extreme as he went to do the same to Luddite the big man ducked and Invader smacked the chair into the ring post, Luddite then hit a spinning neckbreaker, he went for a cover, but I.L.M. broke it up. I.L.M. went back on the rampage hitting a drop kick and a sleeper on Invader, but Invader wouldn't give up, Extreme was still lying motionless on the outside and Luddite was holding his head...I.L.M. set Invader up for a superplex, but Invader recovered and slapped I.L.M. around the face and pushed him off, Invader then gloated to the crowd flexing his muscles on the top rope, blind to the fact Luddite was recovering on the outside as Invader went for a splash from the top on I.L.M., Luddite jumped in the ring caught Invader in mid air and with one move, in beautiful fashion I might add, hit the 'degrees of luddite' on Invader, he pinned him for the three and Luddite was the new European Champion! The ref sounded for the second fall and Luddite wasted no time attaching the 'ludd-bar' Invader was writhing in agony at the most painful submission move in wrestling today, but he wouldn't quit straight away and Extreme made the save, he backed Luddite into a corner and pounded him with rights and lefts slamming him to the canvass, I.L.M. got involved after losing the European title he was desperate to win the IC, as the three men battled it out Invader signaled backstage, Law and Order and the Smooth Operators came charging out in this no DQ match it didn't matter. Sly Fox went after I.L.M., Casa Nova went after Luddite and an old rivalry throughout time was revisited when Law and Order smacked a chair on the head of Extreme, Invader however was in no mood to join in he was still clutching his arm from the 'ludd-bar', but amongst the pain you could see a smile. Invader finally got up and went to hit Luddite with a chair as he was held by the Operators, as he wound up...'the Irish Wonder' burst from the backstage area, he cleared house drop kicking LAO out of the ring and clotheslining the Smooth Operators out as well he looked at Invader who was no panicking, he then charged him and started pounding in on his face, the crowd were screaming with joy. Invader tried to escape, Flamo pulled him back for more, however as they were battling Extreme got to his feet and went after I.L.M., Luddite was pretty much down and out at this point stamina being a big factor. I.L.M. got the better of Extreme to start with with a nicely executed DDT and a side head lock on the mat, but Extreme powered up to his feet and his a back suplex and a clothesline, I.L.M. fought back with a drop kick as Extreme ducked he went for a sunset flip, but Extreme kicked out, Invader was still in trouble as Flamo set him up for the 'Irish Wonder' hitting it and going for a chair to do some more damage, I.L.M. went for a big right hand on Extreme, but out of nowhere, Extreme hit the 'extreme closeup' knocking I.L.M. out, Extreme stood dazed after the beating he had taken by I.L.M., the crowd cheering as Flamo hopped back in the ring he swung the chair at Invader, but as he had swung back he smacked Extreme straight in the back of the head! Extreme who had been hit earlier immediately collapsed to the mat...Flamo held his head in his hands, he turned around and Invader somehow had mustered enough strength to get up and DDT'd Flamo onto the chair!!! All four men were on the ground, Extreme and I.L.M. unconscious, Luddite after the earlier beating of the Firm just coming around and Invader unable to hardly stand and dazed trying to crawl his way there...Luddite and Invader were in a race to crawl to victory!!! Luddite got a hand on I.L.M. a split second later Invader got his on Extreme the ref counted one...two...I.L.M. somehow got his shoulder up! three...Invader had pinned Extreme to retain his IC title in one of the greatest matches in T.F.W.F. history and one for the record books. A new European Champion in Luddite, but arguably one of the greatest IC champions was still the English Invader. TITLE-Tag Team Agents of Darkness vs Insane Asylum A highly anticipated match saw the Insane Asylum battling with the Agents of Darkness for the tag team championships, Carnage started off with Creeper, Creeper would have used his power, but trying to match power with Carnage wouldn't happen, so Creeper tried to get him on the ground, he hit an attempted shoulder block, no effect, he went for another, no effect, a tried attempt saw Carnage catch him in a choke slam and nail it to a massive ovation from the crowd, Carnage then went for a drop elbow, but Creeper rolled out of the way and put an armbar on the ground on Carnage, the kind of tactics would be useful for Insane as they couldn't match power with A.O.D., Creeper made the tag to Apocalypse, Apocalypse went for a double axe handle from the top, but Carnage broke free and nailed a double choke slam the crowd got to their feet as he tagged he Vagan. Vagan nailed a massive clothesline on Creeper knocking him out of the ring, the Agents of Darkness set Apocalypse up for the 'blackout' but on the irish whip, Apocalypse leap frogged Carnage and nailed a beautiful spinning neck breaker on Vagan. As the ring cleared Apocalypse took it to Vagan with a well executed snap suplex and a slam, he attached a sleeper hold the crowd cheering both teams on it was an exciting atmosphere. Apocalypse realized he wouldn't beat Vagna with a sleeper and rather stupidly went for a powerbomb move which Vagan quickly turned into a backbody drop and made the tag to Carnage, Apocalypse tried to rush Carnage, but was met with a boot to the face and a big DDT, a near fall, but Insane were still in it. Carnage scored with a military press dropping Apocalypse hard on the mat. Apocalypse was in trouble and needed out, Carnage hit a big powerbomb, Apocalypse barely getting the shoulder up he went for left and rights, but Apocalypse battled back with lefts and rights of his own and hit a lou therez press pounding into Carnage, Apocalypse then hit a drop kick from the top turnbuckle and made the tag to Creeper who went crazy he nailed a massive clothesline on Carnage and a drop kick on Vagan sending him crashing into the railings on the outside, the Insane Asylum the hit a devastating double suplex, but it was only a near fall, Creeper and Apocalypse then set Carnage on the top turnbuckle, Apocalypse mounted the near side turnbuckle while Creeper nailed a hurricana on Carnage from the top, Apocalypse hit a flying elbow a beautifully executed double team move, but Vagan got in to break up the count, all four men were in the ring trading blows and moves, when the Compton Crew and Car Thief came out of nowhere the referee tried to usher them away, as he did behind him Creeper was thrown out of the ring, the crowd screamed 'blackout' as the Agents of Darkness connected and would have won the match if Car Thief wasn't on the apron distracting the referee, Creeper was having none of this and pulled Car Thief of the top and nailed 'the last ride to hell' the crowd went crazy the Crew tried to grab Creeper, but he got back in the ring as A.O.D. went for another blackout, Creeper clotheslined Vagan out of the way and booted Carnage with a drop kick as Carnage stumbled, Apocalypse hit a sunset flip off the attempted 'blackout', but he couldn't get Carnage down, Creeper then bounded off the ropes and nailed a bulldog, Apocalypse got him down for the one, two three, we have new Tag Team Champions. As Creeper and Apocalypse stood, the Compton Crew jumped in the ring and started pounding down on them, but A.O.D. weren't having this, Vagan got back in the ring and started to lay into Punkass he nailed an irish whip, Carnage recovering to hit the 'black out', Creeper and Apocalypse hit a double drop kick eliminating Thief and Homeboy the two teams looked at each other as the Insane Asylum was presented with the tag team titles the shook hands and lifted each others hands in the air, the crowd electric in appreciation. TITLE-Light-Heavyweight Glen Stag vs Ray Rush A heated feud over the last few months saw Glen Stag defending his Light-Heavyweight title against Ray Rush. Rush started quickly scoring a drop kick and a suplex, but Stag was in no mood to take this lightly and hit with a huirricana one of his favourite moves and got a near pinfall. The crowd were ecstatic as Warfare pumped them up from outside the ring, Da Gremlin shouted and heckled him, Warfare responding with a big right hand which nailed the Hardcore Champion over the barricade. Stag was in trouble as Rush hit right after left and nailed a snap suplex which he turned into a texas clover leaf submission move, Stag was writhing in agony, but pulled himself to the ropes. Stag got up and swung a bit right, but Rush ducked it and converted with a back suplex and another near pin, Stag got to his feet and Rush hit a german suplex and a near pin, Stag rushing him and been taken down by a drop toe hold into a camel clutch, Rush was pumped and was seeking victory quick and early. Da Gremlin recovered and signaled to the backstage area out came the Run-In Unit, Jimmy Simpson ordered his troops into battle. Dark Light mounted the top tunrbuckle and distracted the ref as Car Thief jumped in the ring and nailed a DDT on the referee, this was the attack that Stag was waiting for, Gremlin ushered him out of the ring and into space. The Compton Crew then beat the hell out of Rush with bats and barbwire this was an outrage! DJ Scratch hit Warfare with a chair and Black Thunder nailed him with the 'lightening kick'...cue the music of Samson with the Elements at his side he charged the ring and double clotheslined the Crew out! The Elements got rid of the DJ Scratch, Black Thunder and Dark Light, this left Jimmy Simpson preaching to the crowd with his back to the Olympus...Warfare got in the ring enraged, Simpson turned round into 'looking for forgiveness' and the crowd erupted...Samson then clotheslined Da Gremlin back into the crowd it was a war. Stag tried to avoid Olympus slipping back into the ring, Rush had recovered and nailed the most lethal 'head rush' the T.F.W.F. has seen yet. Both men collapsed the ref was dizzy, but got to his feet, Rush tried to get the cover, but Stag luckily got his feet on the ropes, Rush couldn't believe it and started to argue with the referee...Stag got up and went for a quick rollup and got the three and seemingly retained his title as his music hit the speakers it was interrupted by the ringside Huggsy Bear who stood up...'Stag never have I seen such a cruel and calculated plan, I can't allow reverse the referee's decision, but what I can say is THIS T.F.W.F. LIGHT-HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE IS BACK ON THE LINE!' The crowd erupted as Stag screamed at Huggsy Bear, Rush went for a quick crucifix pin, but Stag reversed it and grabbed the ropes, one two three and Rush was pinned again, Huggsy got back to his feet...'Stag are YOU INCAPABLE OF WINNING THIS FAIRLY.' Stag just smiled and laughed holding his belt...'Funny is it Glen, will how funny will it be in a lumber jack match next week between you and Ray for the Light-Heavyweight title, with the Run-In Unit and Mount Olympus at ringside!' Stag went crazy...'That way.' said Huggsy 'We'll finally see who is the better Light-Heavyweight once and for all, in Hardcore Holy Spirit...' Stag turned round and Rush nailed the 'head rush' on Stag again...'Next week the war just begins Stag, next week its all about Ray Rush...the...'Crowd chant 'Golden Child!' TITLE-Hardcore Da Gremlin vs Tremere vs Mayhem vs Ozaki As new T.F.W.F. ring announcer Jaycee Hall started to introduce the Hardcore match, Tremere walked out with his 'bag of tricks' he dumped them in the ring and pulled Gremlin from the stands nailing him on the head with a trash can lid. Ozaki and Mayhem then ran out together. Mayhem traded blows with Ozaki on the ramp all the way to the ring and the Hardcore match was underway. Tremere went back to his bag, but Gremlin hit him with a low blow and a spinning neck breaker and turned his attention to Ozaki with a suplex as Gremlin arose he was choke slammed onto a chair by Mayhem it was great and the crowd loved it. Mayhem went for some barbwire rope, but Ozaki hit a drop kick and Mayhem fell out of the ring entangled in his own rope. Tremere got up and nailed a power slam on Ozaki and went for a pin, but Ozaki kicked out, Mayhem then got a fire extinguisher and smashed it on Tremere's head breaking him open a pinfall broken up by Da Gremlin. Gremlin was trying to prove he could win by wrestling hitting a belly to belly suplex on Ozaki, as the four men duked it out. Curtis 'Rage' Jackson came to ringside the crowd chanting 'ECHA SUCKS' The Rage got in the ring picking up a wooden bat he nailed all four men with it the crowd went crazy. As Curtis celebrated and mounted the top rope, Millennium entered the ring and hit him with the '2K' kick the crowd booing him, as he did the cult Hardcore hero Killboy charged the ring with a weed whacker, never a man known for his wrestling hit Millennium and Jackson with it starting it up the cult hero often booed, but admired for his Hardcore ways was cheered. He then proceeded to plunge the weed whacker into Mayhem's arm splitting it open and blood gushing everywhere. Killboy then sickly licked the blood from the weed whacker and smiled Gremlin got to his feet saw the carnage and fainted the crowd laughed. Killboy turned around and drop kicked Killboy out of the ring. The match was back on. Tremere got Da Gremlin to the ring it was completely covered in blood and some vomit from Da Gremlin's queasy stomach. It was disgusting, but when the T.F.W.F. signed Tremere and Killboy thats what they knew they were getting. Tremere went for a spine buster, but Mayhem caught him with his good arm and hit a neck breaker, the men were going at it in and out of the ring, lefts and rights move for move it was going to end big, Da Gremlin was in trouble though possibly realizing for the first time as Mayhem body slammed him onto a barbwire covered chair. Da Gremlin was then tossed out of the ring and the true Hardcore three went at it, Mayhem obviously doing the best he could do with a torn open arm...one that would later have him retire through injury that night, a sad end to a promising career. Ozaki hit a right and a left and a clothesline, but Tremere bulldoged him onto a a steel box it was bad bloody and evil. Tremere ot to his feet and went for a suplex, but Gremlin had recovered and charged everyone with a trash can, Tremere ducked and Gremlin nailed Mayhem and Ozaki, Tremere turned around and hit 'pure evil' on Gremlin onto the trash can he then covered him for the one, two three and regained the Hardcore Championship...a hard fought victory the Main Event Next week would pit him defending that Hardcore Title against Killboy in a 'Christmas Deathmatch'. 20th Century Knights vs Elements Two tag teams looking to solidify a number one contenders chance for the tag team titles met at Ice Storm 2K all four would later participate in the Rumble. Heat Wave started things off with Mace taking it too him with big rights and lefts a quick blind tag to Ice helped with some well executed double team moves. Mace was in trouble and looking for an outlet, but Ice was on form hitting a back breaker and a snap suplex and keeping Mace in his corner with lefts and rights, Ice went for an irish whip, but Mace reversed the move and Ice ran straight into a boot to the face by Lance who then tagged in. Lance scored with a big missile drop kick and a slam and quickly got Mace back in who hit a few rights and lefts before a swinging neck breaker did the job, but no three. Mace went back on the offensive as him and Lance hit a double suplex and a double atomic drop, but Ice hit two big right hands one knocking Lance out of the ring and the other sending Mace too the mat the crowd cheering Ice to make the tag to Heat Wave, but Mace recovered and hit a side suplex to keep Ice down, he then went to the top rope and Lance recovered to go to the other turnbuckle to go for the 'medieval mash' a new double team move which sees Lance hit a drop leg and Mace hit a frog splash, they connected and Mace went for the pin, but Ice got his foot on the ropes, Mace and Lance looked stunned, Mace went for another twisting neckbreaker, but Ice blocked the move and nailed a big DDT, Lance charged the ring and Ice hit a drop kick before collapsing, he crawled over to his corner and tagged in Heat Wave who went crazy hitting two massive clotheslines and slams the crowd were on their feet, Wave was going for the 'heated debate', but was stopped when Jimmy Simpson and the Compton Crew emerged from behind the curtain, sensing the obvious run-in attempt, Wave raced down the ramp and clotheslined Simpson off the ramp and nailed a double DDT on the crew as he got back in the ring he and Lance traded lefts and rights, this gave Simpson and the Crew the time to recover, Simpson distracted the referee and was duly attacked by Ice as the ref tried to break them up, Homeboy slipped into the ring with Punkass, Punkass went for his patented bear hug zapping the life from Heat Wave and Homeboy nailed his drop elbow splash from the top turnbukcle, it was an easy cover and win for Mace and helped to get the Knights back in the tag team title picture. Big Bob vs Reaper vs Disaster vs Boulder vs Millennium vs I.D. (steel cage match) A match that pitted six of the youngest stars in the T.F.W.F. in a first win over the top steel cage match, a win for one of these young stars would give them a mighty push in the T.F.W.F. None wasted any time going at it, Millennium throwing Reaper into the side of the steel cage. Disaster worked on Boulder and I.D. was being hammered by Big Bob, but it quickly developed into a match between three, Disaster seemed concussed by Big Bob hitting the 'cumking' , I.D. and Boulder were slugging it out in the corner so it seemed that Big Bob, Reaper and Millennium would decide it. Reaper nailed Bob with a neckbreaker and a belly to belly, but Millennium countered with a drop kick. I.D. was hitting Boulder with everything he had in the corner, Disaster was been man handled by Millennium by this stage hitting a '2K' kick into the steel cage and knocking Disaster out of action...we were down to five as Disaster lay motionless...all six had their chances to climb the cage, but nobody seemed capable of doing it. I.D. the walked straight into a Big Bob' cumking' and he appeared gone as well. Boulder then got nailed with a double clothesline by Millennium and Reaper. It was surely separating the boys from the men. Millennium climbed the top of the cage and Reaper joined them they slugged it out with lefts and rights, but Big Bob recovered, the crowd went wild as Bob is a big hit with them he too climbed the cage all three men were perched on the top hitting each other with lefts and rights, Bob blocking a big right hand and nailing Reaper with the 'cumking' to the bottom onto the mat and through it it was amazing, but this meant easy pickings for Millennium who climbed over to win the match, a terrific start for Millennium who should be challenging for gold soon.
