Chadworth Challenge

Chi-Town 69ers (Cpt: Pimp In, Radcliffe, Svenny and Sniff)

vs.

Rebels (Cpt: Da Gremlin, Samson, Car Thief and Black Thunder

Results: Brother versus brother along with a few others was how many viewed this match. As the atmosphere warmed up in the Royal Albert Hall, London, The British crowd could not have asked for a greater start. Both teams were considered pretty even with sterling credentials on either side. Locking up first was Svenny and Car Thief two hardcore men whom had held gold before, both were scheduled to meet at Hard Steel. Thief went straight at Svenny pounding him with power moves, but Svenny has a technical side to his wrestling ethics, and was able to attach an armbar before tagging in Sniff. Sniff would unfortunately be the first to go after using some power moves on Thief he missed a blind tag on an Irish whip and ran straight into a Lightening Strike kick by Thunder whom got the three. Thunder showed on Radcliffe his talent andwhy many have acclaimed him to be technically sound. He could be right that politics has held him back from having title shots. An inverted atomic drop on Radcliffe saw a quick tag to Da Gremlin who after a series of submission holds got the big man Samson in...Radcliffe was in trouble and was eliminated next...he mounted some offense against Samson, but instead of getting out of the ring he went for a power slam and collapsed under Samson's weight...the big man then suplexed Radcliffe and hit the Samson Bomb. It was now two on four...Svenny got back in the ring...but he tagged out as the crowd chanted for Pimp In...Pimp In got in and signaled for Da Gremlin to give the crowd what they wanted. As the brothers went at it Gremlin took control with a side headlock only to be countered by a side suplex. Pimp In then went for an early Pimp-In-Ator, but Gremlin blocked it...and Pimp In settled for a DDT he then whipped Gremlin into his own turnbuckle...as he went for a clothesline...he missed and hit Samson, the big man then grabbed Pimp In and pulled him to the outside as Da Gremlin joined in the referee tried to get control...he failed an DQ'd all three men from the match! It was an unlikely ending pitting Svenny against Car Thief and Thunder, Thief went at him first charging at Svenny, but Svenny hit a back body drop and on him...Thunder then charged him and Svenny hit a drop kick the crowd was screaming with excitement...he then clotheslined Car Thief out the ring...Thunder went for a cheap shot from the behind, his back suplex...saw Svenny counter with a flip and a face buster... rolled Thunder over and put the Sven-Lock on...Thunder lasted two seconds before tapping out in agony...it was one on one and in pure hardcore style...the crowd weren't expecting these two let alone the action they were bringing. In recent weeks Svenny has expressed a dislike to Jimmy Simpson  and the stooge made his way down to ringside...as he claimed to the referee that his shoe was untied he hit the referee with a right hand jumped in the ring with a chair and went for Svenny...however he miss timed his shot and hit Thief! With Thief out Svenny powerslammed Simpson and put a Sven-Lock on him. Simpson writhed in agony...as the ref came to he broke the lock and punched Simpson out of the ring!!! He then counted Thief down for the three and Svenny was in the ultimate final.

X- Treme (Cpt: Dammed Yankee, Night Hawk, Mayhem and Dean Hammer)

vs.

DoJo Grand Masters (Cpt: Chow-Mean, Win-Hong, Orasaki and Tommy Lee)

When feuds brew in the T.F.W.F they usually die down, but when you pit Damned Yankee against anyone he remembers and his feud with the DoJo is long and celebrated. He had assembled a team that many felt could go all the way, but did they have the unity of the DoJo? Orasaki locked up first with Night Hawk...the high flying expert looking for Light-Heavyweight gold surprised everyone with his ability yet again...he hit a spinning neck breaker on Orasaki before flying off the ropes with a high cross body on him as well...the crowd jumped to their feet as he tagged in Dean Hammer and thats what he did Hammer down on Orasaki hurtling him into Chow-mean he knocked Mean flying into the crowd. Yankee had seen enough he went around the side of the ring grabbed Mean and powerbombed him through an announcers table he then went after Win-Hong, but Tommy Lee got there first there was action now on the outside, as well as Mayhem joined in throwing Hong into the steel steps...the referee was losing control and looked set to hit the DQ on all men, but Night Hawk jumped on the top turn buckle and hit the Bird of Prey beating Orasaki for the three...Mayhem grabbed Wing-Hon and rolled him into the ring...Hong has been beaten a lot recently and badly...as Night Hawk went for quick pin...Hong kicked out and delivered a choke slam...as action calmed down on the outside...the DoJo used quick tags to keep Night Hawk down...and cut the ring in half...Tommy Lee and Chow-Mean used some good double team moves and quick tags to wear down Hawk...each time they mocked X-Treme...however they were too optimistic ducking early on an Irish whip Night Hawk hit a blind tag to Hammer, as Mean ducked, Hawk jumped over him and tried to hit a sunset flip, but Hammer helped the move by hitting a clothesline... Chow-mean was eliminated.  We had seen how four on two had developed earlier on, but this one had a twist...Hawk wanted back in, but Hammer didn't want this yet...he grabbed Hong and delivered elbows and hard rights as Hong went down...with a glare he tagged in Hawk...then it all went wrong on an Irish whip Hong ducked and Hawk accidentally hit Hammer. Hammer was livid he jumped up and pushed Night Hawk. Hawk doesn't back down and retaliated...as Yankee tried to calm the situation...Mayhem shoved Yankee! The four men continued to argue push and shove...Hong caught a breather and he tagged in Tommy Lee. As predicted by many X-Treme couldn't get along, it was now divided...and Mayhem paid the price with his back to the referee, Tommy Lee suplexed him back in and rolled him up for the pin. Hawk tried to get there for the save, but pushed past Hammer who then smacked him in the face! Hawk was down and Hammer went to work. As Lee went for a right hand Hammer countered and hit the Hammer Time for the pin...it was now Hong and Hammer...Hong though realized tempers were high...and knew he could agitate them...as Hammer continued to hurl abuse at the hurt Night Hawk on the floor, Hong grabbed him and delivered a tombstone piledriver with the pin. It was Yankee in now seeing his pal eliminated he ran at Hong and delivered a tremendous clothesline with a camel clutch to follow...Hong had had enough...and tapped out. Yankee was through as was Hawk, but how did each view the other.

Destruction (Cpt: Fallen Angel, Enigma, Vagan and Carnage)

vs.

Hardcore (Cpt: Ultimate Scally, English Invader, Assistant and Law and Order)

The battle of two of the best teams in the competition was red-hot action from the beginning, but what everyone wanted to see was Angel and Scally go at it. Starting things off were Vagan a tag team specialist and Assistant...Vagan's power got the early advantage delivering a devastating Samoan back body drop...as Assistant arose Vagan almost took his head off with a clothesline. Vagan's partner Carnage wanted in on the action as well as he tagged in they took it to Assistant hitting the Blackout after a series of double suplexes, powerslams and chokeslams...Hardcore looked unable to stop it, but Assistant got a foot on the rope. The referee tried to explain to Carnage what had gone on, but the big man was in no mood and him and Vagan delivered the Blackout to the referee! Security and a second referee came down as the Agents of Darkness cleared house of the Hardcore team as all members tried to run in. The new referee DQ'd the Agents of Darkness as they shrugged security aside and delivered the Blackout to a second referee!!! They left ringside to an ovation as more security escorted a third referee through the crowd. Hardcore now had the advantage of 4 on 2. But when the two are Enigma and Angel, who had the real advantage. Enigma flew into action stopping the wounded Assistant from making the tag. He used a series of kicks and punches and him and Angel cut the ring off exchanging frequent tags. Assistant finally was beat when Enigma delivered the Puzzler for the three count. Immediately Invader got in the ring and went for Fallen Angel, but Angel made a blind tag and Enigma scored a sunset flip on Invader who was gone in 5 seconds. It was two on two, Law and Order a former Intercontinental champion showed why seconds later...he grabbed Enigma and threw him into the turnbuckle and pounded the life out of him. The tag to the Scally brought a series of boos, but nobody can deny his ability as he used a series of power moves and submission moves to wear Enigma down for about 5 minutes. Enigma was in trouble, but under the crowds screams he mounted an electric offence...he scored with a spinning heel kick and a high drop kick. A snap suplex later he mounted the turn buckle...Angel was desperate for a tag, but Enigma seemed on a roll...Law and Order then grabbed the referee and pointed out something as the ref turned, Invader ran back down to ringside! He smacked both members of Destruction with chairs! And Scally hit the Scally Spit on Enigma and got the pin. Angel was down and hurt...Invader then rolled him in the ring as Law and Order entered he through Angel into the ropes and went for Scales of Justice, but Angel kicked out! As he did he bounced of the ropes hit Scally with a forearm then clocked LAO with a clothesline before jumping through the ropes onto Invader! The crowd jumped to their feet Angel then got back in the ring and delivered the Scales of Justice to LAO!  We were down to one on one the teacher of Hardcore against the student...and it was breath-taking from a hardcore point of view. For eight minutes of Hardcore heaven! These two men put on a show trading punches, holds slams and kicks. Eventually Scally seemed to get the upper hand after delivering a DDT from the top turn buckle, but Angel just got a shoulder up...he then reversed an Irish whip and delivered a spine buster! He mounted the top turnbuckle and delivered his friends Night Hawks Bird of Prey move! He even cracked a smile as he advanced to the Ultimate Final.

Quadruple Hard Bastards (Cpt: Luddite, Crowfon Saturn, Mr.. All-America and Lion )

vs.

Stag Hunters (Cpt: Glen Stag, Jimmy Simpson, Mace and Lance)

Luddite hates Jimmy Simpson, Simpson hates Luddite. Crowfon hates Stag, Stag hates Saturn. the Allies and Knights despise each other. Simple solution with this ingredients all out war! It was indeed, Luddite started things off against Lance as Lance charged him, Luddite knocked him down and pointed for Simpson to get in...Mace tagged in as did Stag with similar results. Reluctantly Simpson got in. He bounded off the ropes with some pace, but was unsuccessful with a shoulder barge, he tried again, but Luddite hit the deck delivering a leg sweep. He then grabbed Simpson's arm and attached the Ludd-Bar! The more we watch this move the more devastating it seems Simpson didn't even bother fighting it and tapped out. Mace then got in... an agile man he got Luddite down on the mat quickly using submission maneuvers to wear down the big man. As Mace continued to do this he began to weaken the big man. As the weary Luddite got to his feet he fell, he was KO'd by the maneuvers of Mace. Mace walked over and pinned the big man. Many have blamed Luddite's excessive eating before matches ruining his stamina. Now the match was down to three on three. Mace was in the ring when Crowfon Saturn stepped in. Both men exchanged blows, power slams, submission holds etc. but neither could get the upper hand. As Mace whipped Crowfon into the ropes, Stag grabbed his legs tripping the athlete up. As the referee went over to talk to Stag the rest of the teams ran in and all out war started. With the referee unable to control the match, it turned from wrestling into a gang fight. As the everyone battled Stag slipped out of the ring, grabbed a chair a hit Saturn with it. With the referee distracted with other affairs it seemed Stag had got away with it, Mace then walked over to Crowfon and pinned him to the displeasure of the crowd. This left Mace, Stag and Lance vs. Mr. All American and Lion. Mr. All American came in next and was quickly attacked by Mace. He was pinned in the Stag hunter corners and quick tags allowed all the members left in the Stag hunters to beat up on Mr. All America. Then the controversy of the match happened as Stag hit Mr. All America with cheap shots from outside the ring Lion ran to his rescue as he made his way across the ring Lance jumped in and attacked him. Then the referee signaled for the bell. The referee had disqualified Lance and Lion for continually breaching tag rules. As they complained Mace and Stag hit All America with weapons hidden under the ring. Finally the two wrestler were escorted out and All America was pinned. An ambulance crew came to ringside and carried Mr. All America out on a stretcher. Stag and Mace celebrated to a chorus of boos from the crowd.

Alliance of the Warriors (Cpt: Naldo, Extreme Measures, Tony Luciano and Muscles)

vs.

Strictly Business (Cpt: Management, Tiger Young, Nemesis and Demon)

Probably the main event of the 1st round matches pitted the T.F.W.F. owner, a very short reigning champion and the tag champions against the most electrifying team in T.F.W.F. history. It was a war. Starting things off were Tony and Demon a possible preview to the tag team title match next month. Demon was the first to go at Tony pushing him into the corner with punches and kicks and connecting with a superplex from the top turn buckle...he then tagged in the Management whom after a perfectly executed DDT set  Tony up for the Firm Finish only to have Tony raise his head flipping the Management onto his back...he then tagged Extreme Measures in who chokeslamed the Management outside! The T.F.W.F. owner was in trouble and needed help...that help came in the form of Nemesis who threw Extreme into the crowd...but Naldo got in the ring...Tiger Young and Management both ran at him met by a double clothesline...the crowd's screams deafening... Nemesis then went at him and he chokeslamed Nemesis! Again the crowd was crazy...the referee restored order moving everyone to their respective corners and allowing Management and Tony to go at it again...the Management proving once again he is a superb wrestler cutting the ring off he taunted Naldo, Muscles and Extreme allowing for triple teaming from the back...he then tagged in Tiger Young the now former Heavyweight champion went left and right at Tony and much like the Management went for an early Saber Tooth...Tony reversed it into a back body drop and a devastating suplex. Both men were down...Tiger got to Demon, but Tony got to Muscles! Demon ran in to a big right by hand which rocked the big man, but didn't knock him down with him dazed Tony and Muscles delivered a double clothesline knocking him out of the ring! The 8 man brawl then resumed  as the ref tried to get control...Tony whipped Demon into the ropes and him and Muscles their move known as Old Country to get the three...Young got back in the ring and for two minutes started to prove why he's valued as such a great prospect. He kept Muscles away from tags and was doing such a good job that Nemesis and Management didn't bother getting in. However the tide changed after a swinging neck breaker he went to taunt Tony...Tony grabbed him and pulled him to the outside were Extreme and him beat Tiger Young, Naldo then delivered the Power of Naldo to Tiger knocking him out! The referee was letting this go...,but the Management whispered something in his ear...the referee shock his head the Management grabbed his neck and the ref turned around DQing all the Warriors!!! Naldo was furious! He went for the Management, but Jimmy Simpson popped up from under the ring along with Stag and DJ Scratch they attacked Naldo...then it all blew up! The rest of the Firm and Pack ran from the backstage area! And beat the crap out of Alliance of the Warriors the referee was rushed away in a limo by Assistant...eventually they walked backstage...Extreme and the Family were taken to hospital as security tried to put Naldo on a stretcher he pushed them off, blood running down his face painted face he grabbed the microphone...and screamed down the microphone for the Firm to come and face him again! There was no response so Naldo picked up a chair and hobbled backstage trunks torn and blood everywhere he just didn't care anymore.

Claymores (Cpt: Chopper, Flamo, Franny J and McGuffie )

vs.

Team Success (Cpt: Giles Chadworth, Earl of Cleveland, Punkass and Homeboy)

Considered by many to be a completely one sided affair pitted a team with credentials longer than many arms with a team with...long arms???? Starting things off was former Light-Heavyweight champion McGuffie and Homeboy...Homeboy showed that he and Punkass were the strong points of Team Success. He pounded McGuffie into the ground before tagging in Punkass whom did the same...the rotated for about five minutes pulling off slams and suplexes to the crowd, this match didn't seem to be going anywhere and both Earl and Giles seemed reluctant to get in the ring...Punkass extending his hand for a Chadworth tag saw Chadworth turn away in disgust...angering Earl who then clocked Chadworth in the face! The crowd started to cheer! But as Punkass turned his back McGuffie tagged in Chopper whom got the Director's Cut on Punkass for the three...Earl then got in the ring then showing he's more than just a spokesman for his King's Court he worked on Chopper up and down, but with little effect...no it would take something a bit underhand for Earl to get the victory...as Franny J came in...Earl looked certain to go, but Charlie appeared in a very skimpy bikini...old feelings seemed to be coming back as Franny J seemed mesmerized! As he stared at Charlie, Svenny ran out of the crowd and clocked him with a chair as well as Chopper, McGuffie and Flamo to some boos from the crowd. Earl rolled up Franny J for the pin and then used the ropes to pin McGuffie straight after...as he went for a third pin on Flamo, but the IC champ kicked out! Earl went for an Irish whip, but Flamo reversed it and with a knee to the mid section and went to the top rope scoring with a flying headbutt and the pin. Homeboy now got in the ring and battled hard...some have claimed he should try his hand at single's competition and he didn't disappoint entertaining the crowd...Giles still motionless on the floor meant it was 2 on 1...Flamo though is a great wrestler and showed that if Homeboy wants to move up the ladder of success he'll have to do it quick as Flamo showed why is has arguably been the most successful wrestler for winning titles in T.F.W.F. history...but the controversy of ladies was not finished next to make an appearance was Easy McSlut...slumped over the shoulder of English Invader! A man who had claimed an interest in the IC belt! Flamo dropped what he was doing which was about to deliver the Irish Wonder to Homeboy and was counted out...Chopper and Homeboy went at it now...and upset on the cards??? As Homebody attached a texas clover leaf on Chopper the Scots man writhed in agony...but Giles got up he had been down from one slap for about 15 minutes...he picked up a chair and jumped in the ring hitting the referee with it he was dizzy and then passed out as Homeboy and Chopper both went for the chair they tugged on it...the referee recovered obviously completely confused on how and what he had been hit by he DQ'd the two men with the chair leaving Giles as the lone survivor.

ULTIMATE FINAL

Svenny/Damned Yankee/Night Hawk/Fallen Angel

VS.

Glen Stag/Mace/Management/Tiger Young/Nemesis/Giles Chadworth

The Ultimate Final with a very big ultimate prize at the end of it...the bracket A team seem quite divided...Svenny did not get along with Angel and Hawk and the relationship of Hawk and Yankee was questioned after earlier incidents...bracket B was solidified by money, corruption and power. Starting things off were Svenny and Stag...Svenny showing why even as a seasoned veteran that he's still got the moves...he took Stag to school finishing him off with the Sven-Lock...it was a great night for Svenny as Mace tried to get...charging Svenny the Swede pulled off an arm drag and another Sven-Lock...bracket B was in trouble...an Svenny was making a claim for greater T.F.W.F. honors...tagging in rather unfriendly was Fallen Angel against Nemesis he took it right at Nemesis eventually scoring with a belly-to-belly suplex! As the Management ran in a boot to the face by Angel...Chadworth got nailed by Yankee running in and hitting a clothesline and Tiger met a Night Hawk drop kick...bracket A was on their way to victory...Angel then grabbed the not legal Chadworth and delivered the Angel Death Drop for the three...team B then recouped strategy then came into play...Night Hawk came in for the first time against Nemesis...after and few rights and lefts it was obvious Night Hawk was out of his league as Nemesis hit a tilt a whirl back breaker and a power bomb...as Fallen Angel tried to make the save...the ref stopped him and turned his back...Dean Hammer then ran down to ringside trash can in his hand! Many expected him to rekindle his earlier dispute with Hawk, but he clocked Nemesis with it patting Hawk on the back he ran backstage! Night Hawk staggered to his feet jumped on the top rope and hit the Bird of Prey for the three...turn around fair play it seemed to the crowd, but the Management didn't think so he got in the ring and argued with the referee as he did the crowd jumped to their feet! Hobbling to the ring was Naldo he grabbed the Management by hit hair and delivered the Power of Naldo dragging the Management backstage! The referee counted the owner out it was now Tiger Young against four men...Yankee hadn't been in the match legally yet as he stepped between the ropes Svenny pushed him back and got in. Hammer who values his new partner a lot made his way back out to ringside...he berated Svenny and Young was able to get a sneaky roll up...as Svenny got eliminated Dean picked him up and put him in his trash can! Then Franny J appeared and exchanged a high five with Dean with a chain in his hand they locked the trash can shut and went backstage...as bracket A watched on Young went for a cheap right hand, but Yankee spun him round delivering the Dammed Slam for the three...the cash of a million split three ways...and there wasn't a damned thing anyone could do about it.
