This match was rated as one of Saturday Night Slams Hottest matches, and it was in more ways then one. The start of the match was delayed after Carnage couldn't be found, but like most of the new mysterious characters he was found hiding in the darkness of the room, fiddling with the thermostat. As he did, the temperature of the room increased the perspiration of Chopper was evident to all. The match started with Chopper landing a few good and powerful chops to Carnage, but as per usual it didn't seem to phase him. Carnage then proceeded to choke the Scotsman and just as it look curtains for him, he conjured the energy to reach for a lead pipe and hit Carnage with it, but being the Scotsman's manner, he didn't go for the pin straight away and decided to taunt Carnage. Carnage recovered and then powerslamed Chopper following up with a few elbow drops and legdrops to Chopper head. As Carnage went for the suplex, Chopper reversed it, leaving both men exhausted and hurting. Being a True Scotsman, Chopper rose first and used his 'Never say die' attitude to push himself to go on. He picked up Carnage and chokeslammed him into the ground, as it was evident, it seemed to be wearing the big guy down, but as he continued to choke Carnage, he rose and grabbed Chopper and threw him into the Boiler, which evidently broke, shooting out boiling water onto Carnage and Chopper. As both men screamed in pain, Chopper managed to block out the pain and finish Carnage with the Directors Cut. This time Chopper pinned Carnage to make sure of the win.
Vagan def Radcliffe (Boiler room match)
Due to the accident in the previous match, this boiler room match had to be undertaken in a flooded boiler room. Due to the danger of more people being scolded the water was allowed to cool before this match got under way, but this didn't take away from this extremely controversial match. Vagan grabbed Radcliffe and threw him across the room with immense strength. Radcliffe skimmed across the water like a pebble on the sea until he hit the brick wall. This left Radcliffe in a very dangerous position, badly hurt with only a few minutes gone. As Vagan walked over to Radcliffe he could tell the Englishman was hurt, but Vagan wasn't finished, he picked up Radcliffe and threw him through a pipe running adjacent to the floor, injuring Radcliffe's spine. As the referee tried to stop the match he was piledrived into the concrete floor, other officials seeing this were disgusted at the so called professionals attitude to authority and ran down to help the injured ref. Vagan was eventually pulled away from Radcliffe, but has left not only had he left two men in hospital, but a memory in the other refs minds which will be hard to forget.
Nemesis/Management/Tiger Young def Samson/Earl/Da Gremlin
A high paced match with a lot of resentment on both sides. Tiger Young started things off battling with Da Gremlin, Da Gremlin whom usually receives mixed emotion from the crowd got a big pop when he hit a high drop kick rattling Young. Young is a good wrestler, but as Da Gremlin pounded him with lefts and rights, slams, suplexes, arm bars he wore into the corporate champion...Young got out tagging in the power house Nemesis, Da Gremlin's energetic wrestling style did nothing to effect Nemesis. Nemesis cut the ring off having the crowd gasp and the power he was displaying at one stage walking around his ring gorilla pressing Da Gremlin before throwing him to the floor. As he did the referee grabbed a few words, Management and Young dealt punishment to Da Gremlin on the floor. After a succession of tags and five minutes of beating the hell out Da Gremlin...the Firm made a mistake, Nemesis knocking the referee down...with the ref out the ring filled with all six men...Samson laying out Young and Management as Earl...tried to get Nemesis...the crowd arose to their feet as Killer and Glen Stag two Pack members ran to ringside...Da Gremlin ran out to meet them, but Killer laid him out with a right hand and him in Stag took turns in beating him with bats and a whiskey bottle...Nemesis then cleared the ring...Killer rolled Da Gremlin in and as the referee recovered Young got the cover and the three...The rest of the Pack and Firm then ran at the ring! Earl put him his hands in a fighting stance, but Samson pushed him aside as Law and Order, DJ Scratch and Scrooge ran in Samson clotheslined them all out the rest of the Pack and Firm backed of as Samson stood there like a mountain his music booming through the loud speakers.
Mayhem/Fallen Angel and Pimp In/Charlie DQ'd
It seems when Pimp in organized this match he had bitten off more than he could chew. Mayhem took it to him first and Pimp In responded exchanging punches the crowd got to their feet as they went at it a blind tag by Mayhem to Fallen Angel saw a few double team moves...the connected with a double clothesline as they went for another, but Pimp In ducked it he bounced off the ropes and hit one himself to the screams of the crowd. He then took it to angle with reverse knife edge chops each time knocking him down, Angel then got up and did the same this match was a war and it seemed Mayhem and Charlie were just spectators. The match then went outside, Angel ramming Pimp Ins face into the steps...Pimp In just laughed he then slammed Angel on the mat...Angel just got up and grinned...Mayhem tried to get involved, but Charlie dropped down and pushed him...Mayhem being a bit more of a gentlemen deep down just smiled before stepping back on the apron...the crowd was ecstatic the most popular face in all of wrestling against possibly his apprentice tot the T.F.W.F. throne. The action spilled into the crowd the referee laying the count down, but the Management came down to ringside he stopped the count and told the referee to let them go...he then took the microphone commenting on how is was enjoying watching them destroy each other...and as he clicked his fingers...English Invader and Ultimate Scally came out of the crowd attacking Fallen Angel...Nemesis and Demon the Lost Souls did the same to Pimp In...Mayhem was powerbombed onto the floor by Law and Order and the Smooth Operators suplexed Charlie into a table...it seemed as the referee called a double DQ that the war was just beginning.
Night Hawk def Glen Stag (Thumb Tack table match)
This match had been brewing for a very long time...two men trying to make a name for themselves and get the vital push into the Light-Heavyweight title picture. Night Hawk loves his tables and Stag well he loves pain. The winner would slam his opponent through three tables covered in thumb tacks. However a late stipulation was that slam through the table had to be a move from the top turnbuckle or the slam through the table wouldn't count...it made interesting viewing. Night Hawk didn't waste anytime after knocking Stag seemingly senseless with a clothesline he mounted the turn buckle and took a table with him...he then held the table on his chest and hit a frog splash table and all on Stag! Stag was in trouble early...Night Hawk set up his first table and went to get a handfull of thumbtacks from the thumbtack bin...Stag recovered, sneaking up behind Hawk he smashed his face into the bin of tacks. Despite Hawks ability to absorb pain he was obviously hurt with trickles of blood running down his face...Stag then smashed the bin over his head covering himself in thumbtacks in the process. Both men went down for a while obviously in some pain...Stag arose first after a dragon screw and a full nelson he gathered some tacks and placed then on the table he went to the top turnbuckle with Hawk laying helpless on the table...as he did Da Gremlin ran down to ringside as Stag taunted his victim Da Gremlin climbed the turnbuckle and both men exchanged right hands...Hawk meanwhile regained himself and mounted a second turnbuckle as Da Gremlin suplexed Stag off the top, Hawk leaped and as Stag hit the table...Hawk frog splashed him gaining the first table victory...it seemed Da Gremlin was on Night Hawk's side he went outside and grabbed another table setting it up tacks and all placing Stag on it...as he did Da Gremlin pulled an apple from his pocket and through it at Night Hawk's under carriage!!! Night Hawk was obviously incapacitated...Da Gremlin grabbed another table and set it up with Night Hawk on it! He sat back and watched now as the crowd waited for the first man to move. But the movement came from under the ring in the form of Fallen Angel! The ring gave way as Angel used an axe to hack through the bottom! Da Gremlin looked shock and in immense fear he went for a quick punch, but Angel countered with the axe handle! He woke up Night Hawk and placed Gremlin on the table...both men climbed the top turnbuckle and delivered the Bird of Prey to Gremlin and Stag respectively to a roaring crowd! Night Hawk took a two to nothing lead. He then went for another table, but Luddite rushed out of the crowd picked up a chair and smashed him around the head with it he collapsed into the tacks! He then dealt a chair blow to Stag and Angel to a massive pop from the crowd. He grabbed Angel and put the Ludd-Bar on him as Angel screamed in agony...Luddite tightened the hold! Da Gremlin who was rather groggy went after Stag who was in a bad way the man had been in a hell of a fight and needed help, it came in the form of Jimmy Simpson! The run-In King ran down to ringside and clocked Da Gremlin with a drop kick. He then picked up Night Hawk and laid him on a table slumped Stag over his shoulder and power bombed Stag onto Hawk through the table!!! Stag had got one back...Simpson seemed happy he would now have to win the match for Stag who had been out of it for a while he got another table, but Luddite caught sight of him...making eye contact Simpson knew what was coming as the crowd erupted Simpson ran, but Luddite grabbed him and slapped on a Ludd-Bar! Da Gremlin again was in a bad state he seemed confused and didn't know who he wanted to get next...but Night Hawk knew what he was doing, Stag arose and grabbed Gremlin as they exchanged rights Hawk went to the top rope and delivered a missile drop kick on Gremlin bumping Stag onto another table...Night Hawk who was swaying still from his earlier pummeling got on the turnbuckle, he went for the bird of prey and connected covered in blood he lay on the broken body of Glen Stag for five minutes. Was this match over not by a long shot! The curtains parted one last time and emerging was Pimp In...as Charlie tried to pull him back he shrugged her attentions off he went to the ring. He firstly grabbed Luddite and Simpson smashing their skulls together...he went over to Stag and Night Hawk and through them out of the ring. He finally had what he wanted Fallen Angel lying to his right, Gremlin to his left...he looked at the crowd with a big smile on his face...he picked both men up and as he went for a double Pimp-in-ator the lights went out! When they came back on all the men involved where laid in the ring in a perfect line motionless, the thumbtacks and tables spelling out next to them the letter F. The T.F.W.F. had seen once again this mysterious force taking over matches.
Scott Phoenix def Allies (Handicap match)
In this match Scott Phoenix had been talking a lot of trash and got a mixed reception from the American crowd, he comments although defending his country had upset a few who were big fans of English wrestlers. As the Allies whom usually thrive on the pop made their way to the ring they ignored their fans charging at Phoenix connecting straight away with a double snap suplex. As Phoenix looked for a quick way out through the ropes the Lion grabbed him and hit a spinning neck breaker and a dragon screw before delivering fast rights and lefts to Phoenix on the floor he then hit an Irish whip and a back breakers as Hardy Phills nailed him with a lion sault the referee tried to split the Allies up, but they continued with double team moves. However, they wouldn't be double teaming for long, Mace and Lance of the 20th Century Knights made their way to the ring and grabbed Dean Hardy...after the beat the crap out of him on the outside. Hardy Phills went to help him, but Phoenix recovered he hit a spinning neck breaker of his own and put a crippler cross face on him. Mr. All-America writhed in agony he then hit a knee to the ribs and a backbreaker. His technical skill was really shinning through as he taunted the crowd he dished out the punishment...after a gorilla press he dropped Hardy Phills on the top rope rolled him up for the pin, the Knights then entered the ring and slapped Phoenix's back as Mace took the microphone and offered Phoenix a place in the Pack...Phoenix claimed he would think about it as he left he hit Dean Hardy with a chair to a chorus of boos.
Tremere def Luddite (contract match for Tremere)
At the start of this match Tremere held the upper hand as the interference in an earlier match had left Luddite injured. As Luddite walked to ring, you could see the pain on the big man's face. As both men went at it Tremere took the upper hand by hitting him with a few big hands and then applying the neck breaker to Luddite. Tremere then grabbed Luddite's arm and to ad insult to injury using Luddite own finisher the 'Ludd-Bar' to him. The pain on Luddite's face was evident, but he wouldn't submit, and Tremere could tell he wasn't going to give up especially to his own move, so Tremere released the hold and picked the big man up and Irish whipped him into the ropes, as Tremere went for the clothesline, Luddite ducked, came back of the other ropes and kicked Tremere in the stomach. Due to the power in the kick, Tremere, clutched his stomach, which allowed Luddite to apply the DDT, with Tremere on the ground, the master of the submission move was in control, Luddite went to apply an ankle lock on Tremere, but Tremere foreseeing the danger kick him in the nose, breaking his nose. As blood poured from his nose, he applied his finisher the 'Pure Evil' and pinned Luddite for the three. Tremere then walked over to the camera and said 'I am Hardcore to the bone and don't you forget it Johnny Victory'. A clear indication of Tremere's title aspirations.
Inzamam def Johnny Victory (contract match for Inzamam) Ultimate Scally wins Hardcore title.
Inzamam a new face to the T.F.W.F was despised from the minute he walked in, but the new acquisition of DoJo, Inzamam, wasn't phased. For the Karate master/Hardcore wrestler this match was right up his street, Inzamam started poorly as it seemed the expectations of this man were high and added to that a match he had to win, who could blame him. Victory drop kicked Inzamam who then fell into the ropes back into the hands of Victory who then back body dropped him onto the canvas. Victory then put Inzamam in a sleeper, the start for Inzamam was a bad one, as the future of Inzamam looked bleak, the Ultimate Scally ran to ring side, Victory released the hold and began to have words with Scally. This time allowed Inzamam to recover. He then grabbed Victory, back suplexed him to the ground, Inzamam then picked up Victory and preformed a simply stunning combination of kicks and punches on Victory. He then signaled for the Stampede and delivered it with ease and pinned him for the three. Inzamam had now won his contract. As he began to celebrate, Schlobby, ran down to ringside and told him to pin Victory again for the title, but just on cue Scally reveled a bat hidden up his sleeve and hit Schlobby with it, Inzamam, knowing he only had a matter of seconds before he was next tried to pin Victory, but only managed a two before he was hit with the bat. Then Scally put his foot on Victory for the three and the Hardcore title, but the feeling around the T.F.W.F was that the best is still to come from Inzamam.
Killer def Tricky Flick (contract match for Killer)
Killer whom is still trying to grasp English has been mocked by Tricky Flick for it. But the joke was definitely on Flick as he approached the ring he offered Killer a present, as Killer opened it a boxing glove on a spring popped out and nailed him in the face knocking the big man down. Tricky laughed as he threw Killer into the corner, but when he followed it up with drop kick Killer caught his legs and spun him around in a helicopter spin before tossing him in the air catching him and delivering a devastating back breaker. Killer was in no mood to mess around he choked the life out of Tricky who passed out and Tiger Young's body guard was legally allowed to wrestle.
Ray Rush def Black Thunder (Contract match for Ray Rush)
Ray Rush is just one of the big name wrestlers that the T.F.W.F. tried to sign this week receiving a massive pop when he walked out he then grabbed the microphone and taunted Thunder by calling him Black Tiger as a sign of disrespect. Thunder whom was in a particularly bad mood shrugged off the attentions of the crowd and went to work nailing a drop kick on Rush he grabbed the microphone and demanded a European title shot that night claiming he had been left in the dark too long. Ray Rush then arose behind him and pinned him with a school boy. The full extent of Rush's arsenal hadn't been seen by any means, but he had his contract and had embarrassed Thunder in front of the crowd.
Italian Love Machine def Harvey Johnson (Contract match for Italian Love Machine)
The Love Machine was in excellent form when he hit the ring as the ladies screamed in delight as he flexed his muscles, Harvey Johnson hoped for the same reaction instead he got a serious of laughs. Love Machine was in a mood to celebrate, as three ladies ran at the ring, security held them back, Love Machine said to the ladies this wouldn't take long and he's show them why he was an Italian Stallion in under three minutes. Johnson was irate he had been embarrassed twice in a few seconds and the veteran went for a a DDT, Love Machine blocked it and put him in a back body drop...Johnson bounced to his feet, but was dazed....Love Machine mimicked shinning his boot, delivered the Sweet Chin Music and got the three. The ladies then whipped their tops off and puppies were all over the place...the Love Machine then winked at the camera and ushered them backstage.
Dragon Heart def Rick Rodgers (Contract match for Dragon Heart)
Dragon Heart proved tonight why we has been signed to a massive contract, why he was head hunted by the T.F.W.F. and why is extremely hated by ever paying fan. As he made his way to the ring a kid tried to get his autograph, Dragon Heart ripped up the book and spat on the kid chuckling a sick smile to himself. Rick Rodgers although a bit of a jobber these days got a big pop from the crowd in response to the hated Dragon Heart. But despite having the crowd on his side it did Rodgers no good...Dragon Heart hit a thrust to the throat which had Rodgers coughing up blood he signaled to the referee he wanted the match to stop...Dragon Heart had won his contract, but he didn't finish there...in a deep frightening voice he grabbed the microphone saying...this is what is in store for the T.F.W.F. as he power bombed Rodgers onto the floor he left the ringside area as Rodgers was stretchered to hospital.
