Demon def Fallen Angel by climbing out of the cage first after 20 minutes, Fallen Angel dominated the match, but Chopper climbed into the cage nailing Fallen Angel with the Director's Cut knocking him out even the groggy Demon could win from there.

Chopper def Assistant by DQ after the Management attacked Chopper, Fallen Angel did run in, but merely hit all three men after the match with a bat wrapped in barb-wire after Chopper attacked him earlier he then rode off on his bike.

Heavy Metal def Law and Order in 15 minutes by pin fall despite Colleen hitting Metal with a microphone

Extreme Measures and Glenstag were both DQ'd after outside interference from Raging Fury and Jimmy Simpson
Night Hawk def Crud for his contract in a very suspect match...it was the a fabulous match from the fans point of view...Night hawk a crowd entertainer through out his career started by stacking six tables in the ring and leaping off them onto Crud...many expected the T.F.W.F.'s Cinderella story to give up there, but he kicked out. Again Night Hawk went on the offensive...he showed his agile ability hitting Crud with dropkicks and aerial moves...but Crud would not give up...as reversed Irish Whip by Crud allowed Cruddy to nail a devastating back-breaker... he then went up stairs himself and connected with a drop kick...both men seemed very equally matched and the crowd went wild...as they battled Fallen Angel's bike flew by ringside...he got out seemingly to observe the match and as Night Hawk debated the refs call...Fallen Angel with a chair...which he had fastened barb-wire around and hit Crud...the crowd booed Fallen Angel as he appeared to ruin a very high entertaining match...as Night Hawk went for the pin...more music played...Heavyweight champion Naldo ran down to ring hit Night Hawk with his Championship belt and proceeded to go after Fallen Angel...the referee DQ'd Crud and handed Night Hawk his contract and the win...as the 4 men brawled...the Firms music played...Management, Assistant and the tag champions walked into the ringside area...the Management then proceeded to insult the facial features of Night Hawk and one-eyed Crud...as the Firm joked...Pimp In ran out from the backstage followed by Samson...they attacked the Management...the 4 men in the ring then went after the tag team champions...until the ring area eventually cleared to an ecstatic crowd.
The Damned Yankee def Chow-Mean for his contract in a completely one sided affair...Yankee a man who doesn't give a toss about anyone stepped into the ring and as Chow-Mean gave his ceremonial bow he kicked him in the face...the match was only two minutes old when an explosion was heard back stage...a camera panned back there and found Wing-Hong and Orasaki setting off explosions in Yankee locker room...Koniciwa came into focus and claimed that the DoJo was having a very explosive time at the Yankee's expense and showed Yankee locker room on fire...as a crew put out the blaze...Yankee grabbed the microphone...he threatened the DoJo...but Chow-Mean got to his feet and looked to score with a rollup...Yankee was to powerful and simply sat on Chow Mean and scored the three count...with Mean out Yankee said to Wing- Hong that he wouldn't be as lucky as he would get the damned slam...to demonstrate its power he did it on Chow-Mean the Kamikaze Klan then ran out from the backstage area, but were haltered by running into a small mine that the Yankee had left...Fak-Chui was badly injured with burns and had to be carried off as Ninja ran further down the ramp Dean Hammer hit him with a 2x4...Yankee and Hammer claimed that this was revenge for Pearl Harbor and proceeded to down a cans of beer!
